Booking Policy

• Appointment Scheduling: To schedule a paid consultation, please visit my booking page and select an available time slot. Payment for the consultation is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Consultation Fees: Detailed information about my consultation fees is available on the website or upon request.
   

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• 24-Hour Notice Required: I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. This allows me to offer the slot to another patient in need.

• How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by clicking the cancel button in your booking confirmation email. Alternatively, you can contact me via email at dthomeopathy@gmail.com.
   

Refunds and No-Shows

• Cancellation with Notice: If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a full refund or you can reschedule your consultation at no additional cost.

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your scheduled consultation, you may forfeit the consultation fee. Rescheduling in such cases will require a new booking and payment.
   

Punctuality

• Timeliness: Please ensure that you are on time for your consultation. If you are late, your consultation time may be reduced accordingly to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

Thank you for choosing DTHomeopathy. This document outlines the terms and conditions for the purchase of a prepaid bundle, which includes one initial consultation and two follow-up consultations. By purchasing this bundle, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bundle Details

1. Package Inclusions:

   • The bundle includes one initial consultation and two follow-up consultations.

   • The initial consultation must be booked within one month of the purchase date.
      

2. Payment:

   • Payment for the bundle is required in full at the time of booking. This secures your appointments and confirms your commitment to the package.
      

3. Booking and Scheduling:

   • Initial Consultation: Must be scheduled within one month from the date of purchase. Failure to schedule within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the initial consultation without a refund.

   • Follow-Up Consultations: Can be scheduled at any time after the initial consultation. It is recommended to schedule follow-ups as soon as possible to ensure availability.
      

4. Non-Refundable Policy:

   • Once the first consultation is booked, the bundle is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after the initial consultation has been scheduled, regardless of whether the follow-up consultations are used.
      

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   • Initial Consultation: Requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If the consultation is cancelled with appropriate notice, you can reschedule without additional cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session.

   • Follow-Up Consultations: Also require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Similar policies apply as stated above.
      

6. Validity Period:

   • The bundle is valid for a specified period from the date of the first consultation. All follow-up consultations must be completed within this period. Specific validity periods will be provided at the time of purchase.
      

7. Punctuality:

   • Please arrive on time for all scheduled consultations. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time in order to respect subsequent appointments.
      

8. Communication:

General Terms
